1.If I need to produce PCB, what documents do I need?
A:In order to save time and avoid errors, it is recommended that you provide documentation and instructions as required below：
It is better to provide Gerber rx-274-x format or Protel PCB file. If only Gerber file, it is recommended that you provide aperture table, hole bitmap, shape files, etc.
In order to provide an accurate quotation or correct board, it is recommended that you provide the following information:
（1）The plate description includes plate thickness, indication processing, solder resist character color, etc.
（2）Stacking sequence of multilayer plates.
（3）Impedance control detailed requirements, such as line width / spacing, impedance line distribution layer, impedance value (if there is impedance control).
（4）Provide design engineer Contact information in order to communicate quickly and timely.
Many factors that affect the price of PCB - such as size, delivery period, quantity, number of layers, plates, drilling and lamination times, tolerances, etc.How to reduce the price of PCB?
A: In the same quality and I believe our price is very competitive, the high price PCB processing is mainly its difficulty in production and use of materials. So if we can reduce the price by modifying the design of it, of course, for example:
(1)Line width and spacing are possible to design large.
(2)Bore diameter is the best> 0.3mm.
(3)Try not to design buried blind hole.
